BMW thread - 1 series M.

Adam/Dem,

38k for the 1 series M...For me this is the perfect size for an M car...I would have it over an M3...Can not wait to see what its like......

ohhh my...what have you started...im in love....thats an M, unlike the X5M and X6M they did recently......that will handle brilliant and the 0-60 will be good as its a smaller car than the M3....

0 60 is 4.9 so pretty quick....I love it Dem..OK some will say 38k too much for a 1 but then they don't get what M is all about..This is an M car not a 1 series...Love it...Only 3 colours...

they have made the 1 the way the 3 used to be..they have bumped the 3 up to a higher class of customer..

at 38k its what the e36 m3 used to be and even the e46 so not bad.......

the 135 is already better than them anyway but people dont realise that

i would have it over the m3. It really looks the part, i like the fact it has a straight 6 engine, my only critisism is that it is turbo'd, i wish it was natural aspiration, but apart from that, it is ace,

This is the future of M cars...turbos....This is another one of those cars that make you want to jump in and have a drive...

love the e46 sound....

E46 was awesome, my fave M3 generation, my friends dad used to have one before he sold it for the Mini cooper s works and then has just sold that for a 335D sport. The noise from the M3 was amazing, the E36 sounded great as well.

Normal E46 sounds great...But have you heard a CSL..Thats on a different level...Amazing..

The CSL is ****, it snarls like a wounded animal, just an amazing sound track.

There is not another car that sounds like it....I can tell its a CSL from miles away..

The noise from a straight 6 is so unique, i mean listen to the noise of a Sagaris, immense.

When I had the T350 and Chris had a Sag up at the show room we both went for a run and came back bith sayiny the T350 sounded better than the Sag...Didi have a red rose exhaust on it mind.
