I've just opened my post to find a request to support Boris's TFL to the tune of £130.00 for getting caught in the yellow box lottery of the daily commute.... for a whole 8 seconds!!!!!

For ***** sake!!!!! We have all I'm sure been in a flow of traffic accros the lights when it all suddenly stops... and you are there at the back of the line with nowhere to go... Just try holding back till the exit is clear and see what reaction you get from the que behind....

I'm off to get some Lithuainian plates made up!

Got a link to some useful information re sucessful appeals & the image sent to me clearly shows nobody in the left lane.... Vis I could have moved into it and therfore did not need to stop. The argument hopefully works because the law says 'the vehicle has to stop in the marked box because of stationary traffic' = I did not have to

We will see if it is successful...

Park with a wheel on the pavement around here and a video car will zap you and the postman will deliver a demand for £180.00!!! Honestly the d@mn things are stationed 1/4 mile from me and are out there milking motorist 24/7 even Christmas Day... 5 cars in Havering generating (EACH) £20,000,000.00+ p/a..... Now that is council tax! I guarentee one will go past my house every 5 minutes night and day!

Likewise if you have a motorvehicle on your own land but don't have a drop kerb the same immoral gastapo staff cars will have you on the basis you must have driven over the pavement to get it there! They have done this to whole estates in blitz's the last few years then amazingly the next week they send a letter to the housholds offering a dropped kerb at a suposedly discounted price!

Parking, traffic wardens, 'enforcement officers' but most of all sneaky snivellers in smart cars or anonymous tu(R)ds in CCTV rooms are the the one thing that get me wound up sorry FIRED up more than anything else.... It is just revenue grabbing in the most underhanded way. It does nothing in 99.9% of situations to east the flow of traffic or ensure emergency vehicles can get through....

One of the smat car operators here; a fat, neckless tortoise of a woman is so relentless she was videoing someone parked on a single yellow outside my house that had a blue badge displayed correctly so perfectly legal; whilst they were loading their relative into the back in their electric wheelchair!!!!

Daaggghhh!!!! I've started - I must stop.... not the place to rant about this I know!

I did have a car that was parked on a road and the tax ran out, literally the day before as it was a new month the next day.....i went to leave in the morning but my car wasnt therd.....belled police and reported it stolen....neighbour after told me they saw a recovery car take it away so i belled council who wanted £250 & car had to be taxed to get it back, so thats £350, i told them im using trade plates but they wasnt having it....then as i rang at closing time they were charging me £50 more for overnight....i went mad when i went there and managed to get the overnight charge dropped and also drove off with trade plates....bastards....utter bastards....i know what the law says but a bit of common sense is all i ask.....
