As Wattie said. The deal covers good, not services. Where do we make 90% of our money? Services.
Unfortunately your argument is looking at exports only - have a looks at what this country imports... and over 50% of that comes from Europe.

Eggs in one basket. I suppose when we stopped making everything ourselves and went down that route for whatever reasons ,(can debate them on another thread.)
This happens in France as well. When? In the 80's I remember a discussion with a friend of mine doing research with Jacques Delors. He was arguing with me that services are products and should be taken into account as any others so that we should go for them because the more profitable for our economic status....

Ok, that's cool, just curious. I've spent my adult life trying to keep/get things made in the UK, it really is the best for our economy and best for the planet too in many ways.

It’s been a f*cking nightmare! It’s only worth doing as components have been updated and are cheaper. The manufacturing is more expensive.
but because of Brexit it made sense to get them built in the UK purely because of the uncertainty.
