Me too...I thought it was going to do better than £13K.That one was withdrawn however this caught my eye..maybe I should post it in the French car thread but it's sifafricaan.

Looks OK, the odd age related issues but I have seen worse. I certainly can see me getting one of these in the next year or so, ticks a lot of boxes.

Historics sold black QP5 KS05 BOJ 5660 + fees
Ref 138 2005 Maserati Quattroporte DG
The Maserati Quattroporte was first revealed in 1963. It was the first production Maserati with more than two doors and also the first to be powered by a V8 engine. How is that 4200? Recent clutch is reassuring, although I would not replace the clutch right before selling!I bought the 4200 at same auction - this QP was quite a mess up close - ding on passenger side, scrapes on bumpers and interior was rough - very optimistic description on historics!

I actually bought a very similar vehicle a few years back based on a Toyota CrownNot on auction but get a load of this...
Thankfully I was in person so got to poke and check history file - it had a clutch about 30k miles ago… so I wasn’t gonna go much more than what I paid with this in mind not what I’d call recent clutch… beware these historics descriptions The car had sold at the two prior auctions to online bidders (14k &11k I think) and both non paying bidders… I was in the room against online bidders… online went 7, I went 8, online when 8200 - auctioneer looked miffed - I went 8400 and he dropped the hammer before online had time to respond I get the feeling they had had enough.. and they have action underway for the 10% fees for the non paying so prob just wanted shot!
Loving it so far - one breakdown (no gear selection) and excuse to get myself x431 and a better lifting solution which I picked up today . Love a challenge

Of course, I should have thought that you would be in the market for such a vehicle.I actually bought a very similar vehicle a few years back based on a Toyota Crown
Extra lift height and ability to drive over for a couple hundred more, also tempting.Love my scissor lift and good for 3500 kg.

Your envy is justified. To make you really sick, it's in a lovely setting too.Extra lift height and ability to drive over for a couple hundred more, also tempting.
BTW totally green with envy about your barn/workshop, looks excellent on all the photos you post.
