Car parks - specifically the Ashley Centre, Epsom.

Hi all,
I know that our GT's are large cars, and some people avoid parking in multi storey car parks - which is fine - until you have to! I have a meeting and will need to drive my car (45ppm might just cover petrol but can't wait!) and need to park at the Ashley Centre car park in Epsom. Has anyone been here? Is it alright in terms of narrow corners etc etc? I haven't taken my Larini into a car park yet - should be fun :)
Any help appreciated!
Thanks,
Laurence

I've parked it in there..!. it's very tight ... but do- able... reverse in as close to a pillar as you dare.... after having unloaded your passenger... front still hangs out a little ..... but It got away unscathed when I did it ..

Thanks Fangio,
Hope I don't ding it! I might need to buy a quad-copter type thing to hover above my car with multiple HD Cameras to make sure no one damages it!! Some might say a little OTT??
If one pays for 2 bays will people still get angry?

Thanks Safrane, will look into that, though timing is of slight pressure. Part of me wants to hear it in a multi-storey anyway!!

There are quite a few side streets where you could park and some are rather posh.

If you have any spare time pop into Romans International on the main road A217 from Banstead/Sutton...lots of lovely metal inc two MC12s

So.....I survived - no scratches! I parked on the top floor in the open away from everything else and just made it round all the ramps! On the way down I had to go 0mph to stop the numberplate grounding so the poor lady behind had to go quite slow. Didn't know what hit her when I revved up in neutral - brilliant!! No car alarms went off so I was fairly restrained...
I did pop into Romans and walked around a bit but no-one came to see if they could help sell me a car (not that I was looking of course) but I wasn't massively impressed! Even a hello would have been nice. There was indeed some nice metal in there, but I'm pretty darn happy with my understated (super??)car - until I start the engine! Driving back through Surrey at 3-4pm with all the schools finishing was fun - a few heads turning from kids (when going very slow of course near schools etc.)
A good day (and 45ppm to help!)

Excellent !... I remember sweating a bit with those ramps too... not something I'd rush to repeat... but do able if you have to..

Been piling the miles on mine... It's too good not to drive....trip up to Loughborough last night for the British University Championship Sports Finals.... surface parking was available !

yeah I only had to reverse to get more angle a couple of times when there were long cars sticking out just by the corner so I couldn't swing enough! Miles are piling on mine too - am on the hunt for a convertible 911 (early 997) for my sister - may need to take a trip up to Gloucester - is a lot of miles on my GT but the TT isn't as fun... 1st world problems I tell you!
need to find the best Porsche forum now to read up! She is coming for a 2004 1.6 Focus from new so it's a bit of a step up so I need to make sure she gets a good car!
