Cardiff Italian Passion for Speed Day. 28th May.

Dave Morris - who organises the Supercar Displays at Oulton Park - is also a leading light in the Italian Passion for Speed Day in Cardiff on 28th May. Apparently this is held in a very prestigious location around Cardiff Bay. Dave thinks us Sports Maserati people are fantastic (not having met CatmanV2) and is anxious to get as many Maseratis attending as possible.

Hmmmm….Prestigious…..That’s if you can call outside the Welsh Assembly waste of tax payers money Millennium Centre building prestigious. They have it around there in the bay which is a nice enough place with some good restaurants but wouldn’t call it prestigious…Not sure anywhere in South Wales is prestigious (I am allowed to say that as I live there).

This has been happening for a few years now and does get a big crowd and very popular.

Indeed, but that was like heading into Metropolis, where as heading west on the M4 is closer to Royston Vasey.

It funny but as our politics is driven by the Mail, Sun etc, its seen as being a far better working day to drive 3 hours to work and back to work from an office in a city that do do exactly the same closer to home and work an extra 3 hours!
