CD Player - No Disc.......?

So I noticed that the CD Player had stopped, not a big deal if I have the window open, but now there are discs in thre and it's telling me that there are none? Lights on the CD unit in the trunk are on, but when I try and eject, I can't seem to get any out again?

Any tips?

Originals, why? It was playing the discs, come back out a week later and the CD player won't play them? They've not been removed since they were playing before the issue started.

CD-R / CD-RW have different reflectivity properties from originals. This used to be a problem with lower end lasers / systems. These days it hardly ever matters. However with our old kit, they are more likely to get upset.

Having said all that, this just sounds like it's got upset. Battery reset, Angelus?

I'll leave it a couple of weeks and try some of your discs in her then..... Not sure death metal will make a difference?

I had almost the same problem . Battery reset solved the problem but only for some minutes, after that my Info Centre was unable to detect the CDC (CD Changer)

What did you do to solve it?

Turn the battery off after turning off the stereo.

Leave for 15 mins then turn the battery on.

Then after the car has gon through all its checks with the ignition on atart it then a moment or two later try the stereo again.

Unfortunately I have not been able to solve the problem will check again next weekend

Been out in her today, removed the discs and tried again. No luck.

Tried the battery re-set, but switched the battery off with the stereo on. No luck again. I've switched the battery back off again and will try again during the week.
