Last time I spoke to them, they did not seem to know anything about 3200 GT's!!!!!
So I'm not at all impressed with them.

Oh dear, that's pretty disappointing.

About a year ago I was told by a salesman who had been on the Ghibli training course that the difference between the Ghibli and Ghibli S was that the 'slower' one didn't have turbos! He looked about 18, bless, so I'll let him off.

Hukent if you can get to me, I can take a look at it for you. It would be a good run from Cardiff to Newbury :)

Honestly the offer is there mate. I looked at Doms car recently and got his comms working and gathered fault codes. Your car could well be one of the the ones I mentioned above that has a newer style 16 pin OBD connector but uses the KPW 5 baud init protocol.

Happiness is a clear display panel of no warning lights!

I had a Check Engine Light which my indie found was a Mass Airflow Sensor on the fritz.
So the CEL may not be the end of the world, as we can imagine all sorts of horrible and expensive possibilities.

Disconnect the battery for at least 15 minutes. It gives all the electronic systems time to power down and reset. On the 4200's there is a knob just above and forward of the battery that you can use, it turns to isolate or connect the battery.

If you do this, you will not be able to use the boot release to open the boot, so make sure you can open it with the key turning in the lock first. Also, the window will not drop when you open the door so either wind it down a little first or just don't try and get in or it may shatter.

Hope that helps!
