Hmmm.
I don’t think they will be related. When you say clonk, is it related to the wheel turning or when going round corners? This could be delaminating brake shoes. Service light is because it thinks it needs a service. If it doesn’t then it’s just a reset.

So the service was last done in the last 12 months, it's definitely not due a service and I know this was reset at the time, so it's odd.
The clonk on the rear, off-side is when going over bumps, it's akin to something I'd expect if I had a broken spring etc. but this has all just emerged on this brief startup/drive after a largely flawless drive last time, with the exception of the transmission light coming on again.
