The first meeting of the day is for lunch at The Cock of the North for 1pm

After we shall take a drive to the Hotel Cromwell in Stevenage where check in is from 3pm
Once checked in we can all meet at the Hotels bar and stay there till dinner at 7:45 where it’s 200 meters away
Restaurant is called “Misya” if you want to check it out but it’s a short walk
After dinner we have vast number of pubs and bars open we could all go to including the hotels lively bar till 2am

Could be a good idea. I managed to get lost in Spain earlier in the year….I’d left Restaurante Sugar after a few sherbets and was heading for Restaurante Los Parajes.
