Not sure he appreciates the irony of saying 'The best looking Maserati since the Ghibli'. Think he's not talking contemporary!

Is the QP one of the best looking Maserati of modern times...Arguable.....But for me yes as its great from all angles where as the GT has certain angles that are not perfect......A true classic in the making......

Don't tell me Andy, like a mouses ear when you start and like a wizards sleeve when you finish.

I'm going to buy a copy this morning. It's great to have the genius of my extraordinarily prescient buying skills confirmed by an expert.

(Or something).

Classic on the cusp?

Not many 4 door saloons make true classic status, it is nearly always the coupe / convertible versions. The QP is no doubt a bargain, such a lot of car for so little money and they should be getting close to becoming depreciation free but it will still, like most modern Maseratis, be a select few enthusiasts choice.

I love the QP 5 and was really tempted to buy one instead of the Spyder but it would have ticked a different box.

It's a car I will own before I peg it....Everyone I've driven has blown me away....the way it shrinks around you...It handles like a much smaller car.....especially a GT Sport or GTS....
