Congratulations Sam. Looking forward to seeing/hearing it in the flesh at a meet in the not too distant future.
Happy driving.

So Scaf, did I miss the sale of your Mustang? You do seem to like those Ford powered cars. How about a Weber set-up on the Tiger (like the Mustang)?

I sold the Mustang last year as I was not using it, the carb set up looked and sounded great but did mean it had to be driven like a race car ! which meant MrsScaf didn’t like being a passenger. In the end I was thinking of returning it to stock but someone offered me a decent profit so I let it go.
Got myself a TR6 which was on my long list of cars to own, but I am a bit big for it so it was never a long term buy.
The Tigers “looks” tick the box for MrsScaf, the stonking great big American V8 under the bonnet is a tick in my box so win win, she of course, has no idea what is under the bonnet :D

Just been out for a drive in a 1955 Alvis TC 21 100 Grey Lady and what an event that was I loved it.

Did you spin it?
There was a beautiful MGA there straight out of a full restoration that came up from Malvern on its maiden voyage and dumped all its oil coming into the car park so most people had to drive through it making the mess.
I'm still buzzing from going out in this old girl.

Car is safely with me now and very much as beautiful as I had expected - buying a classic car blind and uninspected was a bit foolish, but it’s a 105180known car and I was able to confirm the seller as genuine.
Removed the 1990’s stereo and she looks better already. Have her booked into a local specialist for a thorough check over / service / fluid change in etc
