Cruise Stalk End Cap

Hey guys,
Just fixing up a couple of small bits on my new acquisition, but struggling with this one :)
I'm missing the end cap (for want of a better term), on the left hand cruise control stalk. It all still works, but it's just cosmetic.
Trying to find a replacement, but for obvious reasons, breakers advertise the complete unit. Does anyone have access to a part number or even the correct name of one of these, so I can search more effectively? Are these shared with other FCA models?
TIA.

Cruise stalk on 4200/GS etc. Is also an Alfa 166 part but these days rater than hens teeth.

No new production run in at least 10 years.

I imagine this part isn’t available separately, there seem to be some cheap used ones on eBay. Whether it just clips on or is broken off is another question. Is the resume button still there?

Is the actual stalk the same as all other Alfa cruise control stalks? Might be worth going to a scrappy and whipping the end off one of a 147/156/GT and seeing if it'll fit.

I think the OP is talking about the part arrowed in the picture below from the GT cruise control stalks. That i know of it isnt shared in the Fiat /Alfa/ Chrysler range that i know of.

Annoying for a piddly part but i think your either stuck with it or buy a new/used stalk set.

Only other options would be to have something platic printed or possibly use some of that mouldable platic glue to fashion an end cap.

A picture of what you have would help to narrow down your options.

Correct, it's the very end piece of the pic above on a GT.

The button is still there and functional. I think it has that knurled finish to it and is the size of a small coin.

Probably not worth replacing the stalks over, but thanks all for the input.

Assuming you have had a good root around for it inside? My foglamp switch cover was missing when I got mine and I found it down the side of the seat. Bonus!

Anyone know how to remove that piece on a GT? My cruise resume button is stuck in a perminent on position and I suspect it’s something obvious. Should it just pull off? I tried a small screw in the end and pulling the button out, but it doesn’t move at all!
