I was doing some work in the front passenger footwell area and noticed that the furry insulation underside of the noise deadening panel was slightly damp. This is the piece that covers over the metal plate that, in turn, covers the subwoofer - see pics below. The carpets themselves were perfectly dry. Left the panel out in the sun and it dried quickly before I put everything back. No snells so I’d guess this is recent.
Is this likely to be from air conditioning condensation on the metal footplate or perhaps slight water ingress? Thanks.
