Shame It's not like they go pitch black, but you should notice *something* when a car comes up behind you

There should be a light sensor on the rear of the mirror. Cover that with your finger and it should go dark.

Yeah did f all. What a palaver! I assume it runs of the same fuse as the rain sensor as the wires are all interlinked now. If you are wondering what else could go wrong haha the autoglass chap hasn't put the trim where the fans heat up the windscreen back properly so I get an occasional noise of trim tap...(hoping I can just pry that back in)
