Ebay 3200

Hi I have a mate who is after a 3200 but has very limited funds. He is a panel beater/painter and has "some" mechanical skills. He has seen a 3200 on ebay (ebay item 121215237608 ) The seller has put in the add that the oil light comes on sometimes when the engine is warm. Has anybody any ideas or does anyone know the car as the people selling the car have not had it long.

if he does bodywork is he not better off with the £4700 one that needs some dents/scratches/rust attending to?

3200 + not had it long + cheap + oil light on = crank end float.....walk away if I am right.

also he has no records of the cam belt... clearly not been looked after.

at least that blue cheap one, even thought it needs doing now, he knows when it was last done etc

No dont bother,,they say they bought it for their husband? Dont know anything about these cars?
Well they mention keys and other things that are important so one thinks they are holding something back

seen one today on ebay. so far 1 bid at £4500, any thoughts on this , any knowledge of this car.

There do seem to be quite a few cheap cars around with varying amounts of TLC required.
