So far anymore I have told this to nods in agreement until I tell them the everyday car is a ghibli, personally I love the fact that my practical car has a maserati badge!!!
That's exactly the right colour
Stunning and what a great project....Bet she is lovely. Had a 1990 Turbo and loved it.When I got her she was a standard 1988 Carb Turbo with 215bhp (first of the Stevens shape). After 18 years she now sports 300bhp and:

Cool,
I wanted an esprit since I was a boy. Originally I wanted the bronze one with ski’s on it from “for your eyes only”. By the time I could afford one (sort of) I had researched the proverbial donkeys hind legs off of them and decided to go for an SE. Went to see a red SE and it was a dog, bottom lip firmly out and very dissapointed my dad suggested we pop into Paul Matty Sportscars. I said that there was no point as they wouldn’t have anything but we went anyway and there she was... longingly looking out onto the road at the other cars wizzing by. Both of us said what a lovely colour (midnight blue) and the rest was history.
As I said at the beginning of the thread, I only found maserati about 14 years ago although it’s only just occurred to me that both the Lotus and Maserati were emotionally driven purchases .
