Fitting a new accelerator pedal unit - simple swap?

A question for the mechanics amongst us. I have sourced an MC accelerator pedal, so can now finally remove the old 'dimpled' one which never matched. Looking at the schematics it looks like its a few bolts and a plug - is it as simple as that or will it need something resetting? A job for a Sunday morning, or one to take to a garage and have them do it?

If you disconnect the battery is very straight forward

A bit like the colour of your callipers....... got to be worth some extra BHP surely. Its just aesthetic with the grooves matching the other pedals.

If you want matching pedals and not worried about having MC ones I can certainly recommend ultimate pedals. Various options in design and they can engrave the trident in for a little extra.

I had matching dead pedal and MC sport brake pedal, but not the accelerator. I managed to source one from a breakers for a bargain price.
