fog light side light bulbs for 4200

Front fog lights need a bulb change as one has blown (and quick hoover out of flies).
Can anyone tell me what bulbs I need.....useless manual and any online website seem to have no idea.....bit like me!
Also can I change these bulbs through the wheel arch or do I need to jack it up and take the front under tray off?

If they are the same as in the 3200, they are H1 bulbs.
Same as in high and low beam. I exchanged them all with Philips Xtreme Vision +130%
