20% discount would pay for the import VAT, and with the exchange rate could be worth doing.
Not sure on the shipping cost though will have to email them.

Worth a try.
From FD direct with the current exchange rate the springs look around £750 plus shipping incl. VAT on import.
The current price from PI are £1,150 inc. VAT
The difference of £400 is quite a lot.
Am I right, the import duty will be VAT at 20%, there's nothing else is there?

Edit: Actually still think £750 is a crazy amount of money for four springs when the OEM ones are £125 inc. VAT for all four! But options are limited...

Quite a bit of weight involved in the metal bits, it would be far cheaper by sea. Get the packed weight and dimensions, then get some quotes.
