Thanks so much to Frank and Val not only for the heads up on the new Vreddies , but as i was site bound for the day and unable to buy them on the phone , would only let me buy them online , after furnishing Frank with my card details bless him he bought them for me Big thankyou Frank , and yes ive just got through the door 12hr day knackered and tucking into a kebab heheh

.......hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm........a nice rose you say.........................:)....just why am I smiling Loz at the thought........like that Black Magic ad....man drives 500 miles.....crosses 3 countries.....and three rivers on the backs of crocodiles.......abseils down a sheer cliff in pitch black...........................all cos he loves ..............:)

Felt like that at 6am this morning Frank, just trying to get to work , yes the idiots were out in force spread all over the verges and hedges , why do they hit there brakes , heheh saw one van driver standing on his brakes as he slid down into a drainage ditch in front of me , i stopped not to help him but to let him know what a plonker he was , and he should never have ventured out this morning if he cant cope with the conditions , held us up for 20 mins

grrrrrrrrr seen loads of cars in all sorts of places today quite bizarre

....lucky over here Loz......did a round trip of about 40 miles...clear roads.........but as soon as I ventured onto someones drive/parking area.............it was dancing with the snowmen.....:)

saw a lovely ford xr3i rag top in a hedge this morning with the roof down. Yep you heard, with the roof down in this weather.

Same here really Frank , main roads A422and the A 428 and the A 421 all clear on my way to Great Barford , but there are some high link roads across country that cross from one to the other saves around 5 miles so i took my ususal route durrrr big mistake sheet ice all the way , but a cautious approach and foot firmly away from the brakes and just 5 mph saw it conquered , tomorrow i'll stick to the main roads heheh

I'd also like to thanks Loz for furnishing Frank with his card details, Mrs Paco and all the little Pacos can't wait for their fortnight's chalet & ski at Val D'Isere, seems the helicopter charter might have nudged the limit though, so be a good chap Loz...... ;o)

We're all housebound but not because of the weather, full-on winter vom virus here!! I'd prefer snow!!

Cheers Dem, I tell you 24 hrs ago I would have welcomed a visit from the Driller Killer, at least able to hold solids now!! Kids have bounced back like they do, so off to school with them tomorrow now they're 48 hrs clear!
