Only one way to find out. Good luck with the sale, but sometimes you think you will be inundated but get not one call.

£6.5k seems cheap for a low mileage SW Ti, they are becoming sort after and if I had still been in the UK I would have been knocking on your door

I'll give you 2 grand cash, save all that messing with tyre kickers :D
Stick it in a classic auction, pent-up savings drive people mad. In sale fo 50+ cars yours will be seen as a cheap future classic and you'll get retail price minus commission.

Welcome and congrats on taking the plunge :)
As others have said. Those wheels do set the car off nicely.
Standing still, it looks like it means business.
You're the first person I can recall (in recent times) who has read the forum,
noted the salient points about buying and ownership and then gone about
the deal in the way that's always recommended here.
Clearly you're a bit smarter than most of us and therefore will be on our
'watchlist' for usurping dictators of minor countries etc and any activities
that would enhance the cachet of Maserati ownership.

This isn't National Lampoon's Animal House (yet). So you aren't given an
honorific upon joining. If you want to share or attach your first name to
your signature, then we'll know what to call you, in normal circumstances ;)

Thank you

Most certainly NOT and

Done

Regards my 159, having spoken with Veloces and done a little more research, it would appear you gents are correct in my undervaluing the car. I have never put a car through auction, nor bought from one (Indeed, my last car purchases/sales before the Gransport were 2011 and 2000 !!).

I think I will continue with the BIG service (10th August) and advertise for £9k (hopefully with a clean bill of health from Alfa Workshop) though if anyone wants to come and visit the car in it’s raw condition prior to that and/or make an offer, please feel free to get in touch. I’m near the M25/M3 interchange (close to Heathrow). ATB
