Hi All,
I've just fitted my some KW coilovers to the front of my 3200 and have a question in regards how they are meant to be attached to the lower wishbone.....
The bottom of the shock body sits in a recess on the lower wishbone, and has a long bolt that goes through the shock and the wishbone, sounds simple. However, when disassembling the old shocks I found there was a washer inserted between the shock body and the wishbone ()circled in red).... this washer does not show up on parts diagrams, and i'm not sure if it should be there, or a previous person to me put it there incorrectly when reassembling in the past. Any ideas from people that have done this job before?
Note, if this washer is not put in place there seems to be a gap between the shock body and the wishbone - is this normal?
