That's one great example Phil...a Take it you will not be taking her around Llandow. Can't be many if any that are in that condition in this country at that age.
My dad has a Mark 2 and I've driven it a few times, in fact he bought a Mark 1 back in '89 when they first came to the UK.
Good friend has a Mark 3 and it is all tracked prepared and he does track it regularly.
Personally on looks, the Mark 2 is the ugly one, sorry!
I've not driven that model but driven a few mark ones and just loved every minute. A great little car.
Same here driven a few but even then I still don't get them, they drive nice, handle etc but they just have no character IMO - horses for courses but the MX5 are just not for me
Why am I not surprised?Likewise
Likewise, have owned one of each, no power, no noise, no sense of occasion, neither lasted long.
Why am I not surprised?

How much Phil? After missing the Saab the same dealer had this bit of stock coming in so I agreed on it over the phone after seeing the pics. It's a 9k mile mk2.5 MX5. Never get the chance to buy one like this again and it will join the mk1 (NA) in a lovely garage for the minute. One owner, 9k miles, crystal blue, 1.8 NBFL.... it's never been used in the rain/wet/winter and is as good as the day it rolled off the factory floor.
Maybe....why? You got one you're selling?I actually fancy a mk1 with turbo and mods on it...... ssshhhhh
Because you know I’m right?
£6k...How much Phil?
