Gas flap Trident badge

Anyone can direct me to the place I can purchase that pair of Maserti Trident badges, the ones at the rear window near the petrol flap. Both left and right...Thank you.

Search eBay with "Maserati emblem" and it should bring up a few... Seem to go for around £20 or so, otherwise Eurospares have them.

Rudy this is an odd one they are cheaper from the main dealer/Eurospares than online. Think they are £7 each from memory.

I think I paid £30 from ebay, but that was 4 or 5 years ago.

I called up the main dealer, it costs about the same as before. Good buy.

Get them - fills that gap perfectly. Hard to beleive thay were left off origianlly.

I paid £14 for the pair....Think it was Eurospares...As Matt has said when I was looking ebay sellers wnated £30ish

Oh boy, finally got that pair, going to put it on after a nice wax and wash. Was there a thread about the installation procedure by some pros here?

There was.......not sure where.....preparation is everything....search for trident or badge....see what shows up

Hi Rudy,

Go with a post wax installation no problem but you will need to wipe the area you are putting the badges with spirit wipe or neat alcohol immediately prior to sticking them on and this will remove any traces of wax from the area. You will need to prepair and wax the area after putting tyhe badges on.

If not there will be a layer of wax under the sticky and they may well fall off after a short while!

The adheasive tape on these badges ig generally 3M VHB tape or similar note: this is a pressure sensitive tape and the bond is improved with impact or sustained pressure, so lean on it for a while....

And use a spirit level app on iphone/android phone to make sure its level.....

Got mine from main dealer cheaper than ebay....£15 pair

got the emblems last year from eurospares, left was 7 pounds, right was 7,5 pounds...

NO, the eurospares sell them the exact same price both left and right. In stock.

Don't put them on the wrong way round, the arrow head should be pointing forwards on both sides..
