Realised I didnt finish this off. Had the geometry done by Wheels in Motion. Much much improved and looking at the before and after print outs the previous guy had got it quite wrong. Very happy and highly recommend

Yes. Phone them for a quote. The price will depend on whether any adjustments need to be made and/or if shims are needed. They won’t overcharge you if there isn’t much to do.

Again WIM recommended, they did lots of work for me on setting up my track/fast road car.
It was custom Geo so worked with me to get it right.
Went back a few times for adjustments (my preference, not anything they did), to get it perfect for my needs. Fitted coilovers and many other bits too. They have always been very reasonable with cost, but very generous with time and services. Highly recommended from me too

I’m looking for new tyres and alignment for the Strad and noted the recommendation above. However having made some calls it appears Black Boots and Wheels in Motion have been sold to Pro Tyre…..sounds like Tony no longer involved, anyone else heard anything?

Tony has been ill for some time and is no longer active in the business. They're still operating (I don't know about any new owners) and still know their stuff - my son took his Alfa GT there on Monday and it drives like a different car now.

I asked this at Blackboots and Joe who set up my track Subaru said its somewhat aggressive as standard for a roadcar (the Strad)...so left it as that.
If anyone else has any info or obvious improvements, I would like to know too.

Maybe ARBs or simple mods if they are worth it

There is a thread on MaseratiLife with some suggested alternative specs for road use. Seems to be popular and easier on the tyres (not that I have done it)

I have heard this from SportsItalia, but I want performance rather then saving on tyre wear!

Speaking of tyres, Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSports are awesome, literally 50% better than Pzeros

Probably stick with the factory settings then. They tuned the car for things like turn in speed

This.

The Stradale is already a big improvement over a GTS and for the size of the car, I believe the set up improvements that the factory did for the Stradale gets the best out of the car

And thirding the above view from Stuart and Catman. The handling on my Strad was measurably improved by Wheels in Motion who went with standard Strad settings from memory - full geo recheck and 4 new tyres at the same time. I then immediately put c2k on it over a road trip in Spain and it really, really impressed on numbers of levels. Gave me measurably improved levels of confidence.
