We finally managed to contact one another with Koen from KJB. It appears that there was a little misunderstanding but at the end all worked great. I can tell you that Koen is a very busy man but he for sure can be thrusted and he does what he can to fulfill the orders ASAP. So simply be patient and you will get what you want from Koen.

As for the transmission repair it is still in progress. I'll try to write a few word later on how was the repair conducted.

I think the best is to call him, he probably just did not see your e-mail, I am not sure but I think he is doing all the work himself... so very busy guy.

To be honest, we should be thankful folks like him are around. Without KJB (and others), sourcing parts would be a lot more difficult, many parts are NLA and t will only get worse. Even the ones that are not have started to increase in price and the secondhand market is much better value.
I bet it is not an easy decision to start collecting these parts and storing them all, particularly when you think of the space required and the tiny market you have.
I guess it is easy to forget that these are not big companies, they are essentially one man bands and trying to do it all at once.
Be patient and fair and everyone can be happy.

Yes KJB is a great and very valuable source for many of our hard to find parts. Koen is very dedicated and reasonable. And... most of all, he is the person who makes our cars run again or run better for a reasonable price. He is doing a fantastic job and many thanks to him for all his efforts and support in many different Maserati ways.
