Good quality/good value bodywork repairers

Hi,

Wanted to ask if anyone could recommend high quality bodywork specialists who charge fair rates.

Like a complete idiot, I reversed into a pillar in a car park. My only excuse was that I was listening to Crowded House and didn't hear the warning sensors (which are way too bl**dy quiet if you ask me).

Damage is that a 3 inch area on the upper surface of offside corner of the rear bumper has been slightly 'flattened'. I spoke to the main dealer who said they could probably re-heat/re-mould the affected area back into shape. Also some scratches to the paint in the vicinity. The bumper has not been displaced in anyway.

I am in the London area but prepared to travel a little for someone who can do a really professional job...
