Well its been in for weeks but finally picked up the GTS this morning complete with

New windscreen
Refurbed wheels
oil leak fixed
Brake fluid changed

Clutch is at 38% with 28K miles, brakes got lots left on them (dont use them that much)

Cost - £ 4900 - gulp

Good job im getting 2500 back for the screen from the insurers.

Missed the sound.. next job the xpipe from Marios for more of the same...

The clutches do seem to be holding out well on these cars and look like they should last the same as a manual circa 60k miles.

I dont think I have heard of one going on here as yet?

If I still had mine Frank, I would be defiantly fitting that Xpipe.

Good man! If you are still up for a couple of days in the Alps on the way down to the 100th next year, it's going to sound fantastic with both of us going for it! Better get a Go-Pro.

Glad you have got her back mate bet the Merc has been taking a spanking in her absence. You still got the Nankangs on the back ? Phil.

No mate, had new bridgestones fitted and one of them split and came off the rim completely at 60 on a corner, fun it wasnt.

that leaves £2400 for brake fluid change, refurb alloys and oil leak fix......not cheap

Thats with the 2 year service as well which is always expensive for the GTS, the oil leak wasnt that bad just a few drips a day, it was transmission.
