Hello,
We're very pleased that our first batch of the redesigned catalysts pipes is ready, we've done a clean sheet redesign of the original exhaust by having it fully scanned and sectioned.
Instead of the squashed original pipe or the upgraded quad round decat pipes by Larini and Supersprint, we've made a different solution that is a lot stronger (a lot less susceptible to warping), improves ground clearance and less flow disturbance (no dual Y mergers)
Fully made out of 304 stainless steel featuring custom stamped oval transitions that evenly distribute the flow past the steering rack without the need of a Y section feeding into four pipers or loosing ground clearance (as with 4 pipe versions)
These insure the flow isn't inhibited and that thermal stress is equal (the others tend to deform slightly over they're quad round pipes when they heat up).
This is the US spec / EU4 (06-07 production) version, we're working on the 02-05 EU3 versions as well (with the big manifolds and offset flanges)
In EU4/US spec it deletes the secondary catalyst, no check engine is triggered as it's past your secondary sensors anyway.
Current cost is €999 excl vat, for a pair.
Will release 02-05 pictures and pricing in coming weeks.
