Unit 13. It’s a good job you aren’t superstitious, especially after all the problems you’ve had with it.
I've only had one problem with it. Which is around 200 less that you've had with your 3200 wanna be
By now, almost everyone with any sense. While you are at it, change the front cats with metallic 200 cells and then p!ss about with centre pipe and back boxes. To make a worthwhile improvement, you need to change 2 of the 3 sections. My spyder has had all 3 done, and I won't be changing back.
Before ordering, check your car to see if the manifold output you are connecting these to has 2 bolts or 4 bolts.Secondary cat.-deleting right + left pipes for MASERATI Coupè Gransport 4200 GT "Contemporary Classic" (Euro 4 / USA), Secondary cat.-deleting right + left pipes

sorry to bring back an old thread, anyone tried these before?
I assume you have a GranSport, in which case closing the valves should help. Having said that, it depends on how the rear boxes were 'gutted'. If the 'quiet' side is different from the unvalved 'loud' side then yes. However, if the internals were completely removed then no, it won't.

The 2 bolt design had a cat built into the manifold and was standard on US cars but was fitted to some others.
The Euro spec had a free flowing manifold without a cat then a 4 bolt flange. The front pipe then had 2 cats on each side.
My car has this one fitted, no clue how it sounds though as the engine is still apart...
Secondary cat. delete set
Removes the restrictive "dent" from the factory system and deletes the huge secondary catalysts. This is for EU4 cars (2006-7) and all US spec cars. The dent is removed by a stamped oval merger that offers maximum road clearance whilst flowing the same as the piping diameters surrounding it...as-motorsport.info
Hi, here are some comparison clips for youI think you’re right about the video normalising the sound, as the differences don’t sound as big on the clips as they do in real life.
I have not tried just the X-pipe on its own as this has been a bit of a fettling process.
When I first bought the car it was completely stock, and I drove it that way for about 3 months before I put the H-pipe on it, I then drove it like that for maybe another 6 months before I decided to buy the Larini de-cat pipes, and I’ve just swapped the H-pipe for the X-pipe on this week...
i don’t mind the car being loud as it’s purely a weekend toy for me, but I’m trying to get to a higher pitched sound and to eliminate some of the drone / rumble when driving at low revs.
