Hi,

I need to remove the driver side weather strip from the door as it has started to peel up on the end near the wing mirror.

Is there an easy way to do this or is it simply pulling directly up as it's retained by clips?

Trying to avoid damaging the paint!

Mine lifts in the middle of the drivers door. I just push it down.

It pulls up vertically if my memory serves me well. Make sure you glean the before refitting so that you do not scratch the paint

A good trim tool and a roll of masking tape to protect the paintwork etc.
If the trim tool not man enough wrap the tape around the end of a flat blade screw driver.
As with everything go carefully.

Ok thanks, I just wanted to make sure it pulled up straight and not some angle for clip clearing or anything like that.

Remove the door card then they just pull off. I suspect the metal profile is distorted, crush in a vice and it should grip again
