Granturismo 3rd Year Service (Sport 4.7 auto) - Spark Plug Change?

Can anyone advise is the 3rd year service a habitual spark plug change? Presumably this is where the service cost jumps on this service?

If so, is the part number 239242 (?) and in reality its a NGK PMR8C-H spark plug?

It's the NGK PMR8C-H. Cost around £100 for a set of x8. I would change them anyway after 3 years.

Yup - mine were changed at service 3 (Year 6)

3rd service/year 6 is a major:
Spark plugs
Carbon vapour canister
Lambdas

You should do them all with the exception of the lambdas, advise 8 years/60k miles
