GRANTURISMO 4.7 SPORT 2010 - HORRIBLE SLEIGH BELL SOUND FROM REAR

Hi - I'm hearing a horrible 'tinkly' sound coming from what seems to be the rear suspension at moderate speeds over bumps. Think sleigh bell rather than heavy clunking. Really sounds like something is about to fall off and you would think it was obvious when looking underneath, but taken it to shop and nothing loose could be found. Have heard others refer to loose heat-shield, but surely that would be obvious when poking around. Will take to specialist but would appreciate any ideas first. Many thanks!

PS - I would add a sound clip but can't work out what file-types work as everything I try says it is unsupported...

Classic heat shield loose perhaps ?

Maybe even look in the boot to see if anything is loose in the battery compartment, or the spare tire well....

Nope, its the handbrake not releasing properly...you hear it with the window down when you drive next to brick walls yes?

Needs stripping, cleaning and maybe new shoes. If you ignore it, you can crack your hubs....pricey!
