Bigger than the last car! (A minus in my book) and only available as an Auto (Surprised, but that makes no difference to me)...I must have missed that bit in early reviews.

Personally I could not justify the depreciation risk as we move to electricity and will continue to look for a MK1 GT with a light interior...(Is there a unicorns poop emoji?)

This will probably sell well in the US where EVs struggle with the milage they generally cover.

Another very positive review.

Let's hope the price doesn't put too many people off what appears to be a very good car although it's natural competition is about the same price.

How do these prices compare with Ferrari Roma?

Personally my natural alternative (in my mind) would be a 911 GTS or Turbo…

Quick Google suggests:
Ferrari Roma - £171k
Porsche Turbo - £145k
Turbo S - £165k

I’d have thought the Bentley GT might be a better comparison which starts at £178k for the V8.

Of more importance for most is the price per month which is obviously impacted by depreciation which is where the Maserati might fall down.

Have you noticed that Maserati will offer a 3 year maintenance plan, presumably on simialr terms to the Ferrari 7 year plan.

Expect me to own a 3 year old Maserati in about 4 years...

Had a look through the options list and realised I didn't particulary want or need any of them. Save maybe for the choice of colour. So, for me, list price plus about a grand would cover it. (Not that I'm in the market for one anyway, but I do like to see cars being offered with a decent level of spec in the first place, which is what Maserati have done here. And far better than those companies now temporarily renting you the ability to heat your seats, etc.)
