Nail has been hit on the head already. It's too big for the car. You then need large side skirts, a large back bumper.... At that stage you've just Japanese GTR'd your Italian Mistress.

I've seen it before, but you can actually buy it.
I thought it looked okay on the official tuners orange car, not too sure now on a customers car at some angles...

Just buy a proper GranTurismo if you want to own the most beautiful car on the road.......
