I personally do think for the extra money, the GTS is worth every penny and you can get a nice GTS for around 75k, i would not consider any other car for this price region.
Oh you would Adam...believe me, theres so much choice out there for this money that it's like being in a brothel full of fit young totty....who to pick first, who going second and so on. Much like the brothel would be (now, I am just assuming here!), this process gets very expensive! I know....having gone through 6 fairly pricey cars in under 3 years, the temptation of choice is hard to resist but, now in my early 30's and ageing rapidly, I've got to slow down my promiscuous purchases and the Maserati so far seems like a good ownership experience to do that with (and after the Porsche, slowing me down in more ways than one!)
With regards to the many comments about a balanced view....I wouldn't have it any other way!
Even if the most die-hard enthusiast thinks their car is perfect they'll just be kidding themselves....every car has it's positives and less positive aspects and this is what makes them appealing in different ways to different people. Being aware of and dealing with / finding ways around the less positive is just part of the ownership journey for me and I've had a sufficient variety of cars to be able to share as objective a view as possible - I'm glad some of you get something out of that!
If only this variety extended to women then my life really could've been interesting
