Pretty sure it hasn't. From what I know of some of the background 'discussions' with sponsors (ex) quite the reverse, in fact. What specifically makes you think SM did?

There was a plan to sell the souls of members. It was initially suspected that the plug-in between the forum software and members' souls was not working, but it turned out that 80% of members already sold their souls to the chappy with the cloven hooves and the sulphurous aroma.

I thought BCA was trade only, didn’t realise the general public had access. Don’t buy from there anyway, if it’s in BCA, there’s a reason. And if it ain’t broken, it’s too dear anyway.

I did try setting up a BCA account to see what it went for but you need to show a Motor Trade Insurance policy to get online auction access.

Will be interesting to see where this one turns up and how much the asking price is.
