Be careful washing the rear bumper on the GS.
Pushed one of side grills in when washing yesterday..
Still trying to work out how to fix properly back in place without removing the trim in the rear of the wheel arch. Looks like mine was held in by White sealant. Not sure whether this is original or a previous fix.

I lost one and found the grills aren't available to buy separately (lozcb very kindly gave me a spare). I glued the replacement back with a glue gun and it's been in place for over a year. I think you will need to remove the wheel and arch liner to do a proper fix but isn't a big job. I think the white sealant will be original.

Try and put some wire through it, re bond then pull it and fix it to something whilst it dries.

very very common problem.

there's a good chance it is sitting inside your bumper. you can get to it thru the wheel arch cover (probably need to remove the wheel). As Conaero said, you need to improve on the cheap factory application so that it sticks.

WARNING TO ALL: DO NOT USE A HIGH PRESSURE WASH SPRAY ON THOSE GRILLS!

All sorted using Evostik adhesive called "sticks like sh*t" and using a wire to hold in place whilst drying.

I use that Evostik all the time; it's messy and does take time to set but is very good when it gets there. You must prepair the surfaces well including de-waxing with spirit wipe or wood alcohol before abrading and after...

I'm afraid there is - exactly as I've spelt it
Probably a good name to attract attention on the shelf - but a bit embarrassing if they have to ask for stock on the tannoy in B&Q !

It's good stuff but it doesn't stick like 'an Albanian to a DHSS handout' glue. You can't get anything that grips better!
