I watched a reprise of the series today on Bloomberg...............such fun, excitement and noise..............seems a lot more fun and interesting than F1, seeing as Maseratis are in two teams and won the thing!

Ok...it seems from memory that the Stanford hall event was on a Sunday....does anyone remember the race days events of the GT1 event.....ie they have a qualifying day and then race day.....?

I think we all went on the Sunday, with Saturday being the qualifying day. Can't remember 100%, my brain was so numbed by cold on the day!

Real shame this clashes with Stanford Hall as it was a great event and a real treat to see those beasts up close. Would happily have gone again, but Stanford has to take precedence for me. There's always Zolder if anyone fancies a quick trip over to Belgium? It's the 10th April, which is the weekend before Bristol.
