Help - my knob has fallen off!...

The knob on my driver's seat has broken off and now the seat doesn't fold forward...



Has this happened to others and any ideas on how easy to fix?

That used to happen on my SEAT Ibiza, I wouldn't expect it to happen on a Maserati.
You might be lucky and 'fish' for where it's supposed to fit into, internally in the seat, and it might push home. Other than that it might need seat surgery.

Looking again at the pictures, do those holes line up? You might be missing a pin or rivet that has fallen out and is now in the seat.
