Given the amount of content out there on social media, the regulatory authorities will necessarily rely on the consumers of such content raising concerns, but there is an appetite to enforce once concerns are raised.

They are influencers, they are content creators, they are artists, they are entertainers and sometimes they are genuinely passionate about what they do. But most, maybe not all, work hard doing what they are doing and if you are not paying them for that, so what.

Last time I looked, I am not sure The Rolling Stones did much in 6 decades other than line their own pockets. Plenty of footballers don't either.
