New Sites, Same Experience

Our Maserati London Service Centre at School Road, Acton, is closing this month as we upgrade the Maserati Aftersales experience. To ensure we deliver you the ultimate in customer service and flexibility, you will now be able to make the most of our Burr Road facility in Wandsworth, South London or our all-new multi-marque flagship site in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Burr Road has been one of the H.R. Owen Group’s most respected aftersales facilities for many years, catering to customers from our Bentley and Lamborghini brands. You will find a well-established team there with specific Maserati specialisms, offering our customers high-quality workmanship, outstanding service and flexibility. Our Hatfield facility is the newest Maserati showroom and Aftersales facility in the country, located on a 110,000 sq/ft H.R. Owen site that also houses Bentley, Lamborghini and Ferrari showrooms. It’s a destination in and of itself, demonstrating the very latest in Maserati design and customer experience. If you are an existing Aftersales customer, then your service location will be updated to the nearest of our new locations. Details of the facilities are as below:

I used to use HR Owen when they were a joint Ferrari/Maserati site in Acton. Things were never the same when they moved to School Road as a Maserati only shop, alongside the other marques. That personal touch, personal relationships lasted for a little while but faded from my personal experience.

Be good to hear from forum members if they enjoyed School Road and will miss the site.
