Ha! Had the same yesterday: 30 litres of diesel in the workshop van and 5 in a can for the Spyder - on a SORN where weekly run ups gobble the fuel. Saw 2 others filling several jerrycans

It’s calmer here today, been out in the sunshine in the TR6, no queues but lots closed / empty pumps.

So Mrs Scaf has 1/4 tank and is off to Norfolk tomorrow. Visits #3 local stations, no unleaded or superior leaded fuel, and a large queue at the local Sainsbury’s that does have some ……. Apparently….. ‘kin madness

No issues here, but that sucks!

Filled up my V8 M3 from empty ahead of 120 mile commute tomorrow after waiting behind a lady in a X5 who added about 8 litres / £13 of fuel to her tank (I have to assume brimming it). Go figure….

Fueld the Alfa so I’m good for two weeks, filled a Jerry can for the Opel, nothing hurled at me and stations still normal.

The Opel was a joy to drive today after rebuilding the intake (vacuum leak) and advancing the ignition to stop the plugs from sooting up.

I took the TR6 out for an hour today - new injectors have transformed it

Drove from the Cotswolds to Goodwood and back this weekend...no sign of any shortage on that route.
