So I finally got around to tweaking the interior of my GranTurismo. Changed the bright Chrome accents for a carbon fibre wrap - from the guys at Totally Dynamic in Enfield.
(Can highly recommend them. £340 in total.)
Actually a very simple process to remove the parts - you can see the video how to do that here:

Here's what the newly wrapped parts look like out of the car:

And here's a little before and after. The "before" photo is actually the on from the original autotrader advert. So you can see all the other tweaks too.

How is your interior looking? Are you thinking about a change? Let me know if I can help in any way....

Very nice! Looks lovely!

I would love to see how to remove the faceplate from the gear knob. Have been trying to figure that out for years!

From memory it just pulls off with excessive force.

Thanks @CatmanV2 . Certainly looks like that is the case as it came back from a dealer with hairline cracks in the varnish coating. Spotted it too late and the dealer was having none of it.

I’m wondering how to fix the hairline cracks - they cost an arm and two legs…

Yeah I think you're right. BUT... When I had my gearstick replaced I took it to the same Maserati specialist that does my services etc. Juuuuust in case! ha! :)

Who makes the C/F wrap that has been used? If I wanted to source some myself?
I'm honestly not sure... the company sources high end wraps materials as part of the service. Sorry... I know that's not helpful.
We talked about getting high gloss and as much depth / three dimesion as possible in the wrap.

No problem - wanted to check if it had actively been chosen to match the OEM items or not.

This looks amazing. Where did you get the infotainment and climate control screens done? I would love those!
