Isofix on Gransport?

Hi,

Could any Gransport owners let me know if there are isofix fittings in the back seats?
I'm thinking of getting a Gransport, but it'll be a dealbreaker if there's no isofix.

Thanks

There isn't but you could buy a new car seat for £150 rather than let it influence a £30000 car purchase. There's loads of seats available to fit and plenty of room.

My 4200 doesn't, and I'm surprised if the GS has them.
It certainly wasn't a deal breaker for me, trying to find any high performance coupe with a big enough rear seat for kids is hard enough, and with the Maser adults can sit quite well too.
My 2 and 6 year olds both have child seats, my daughter a booster now, but my son has an isofix seat for when in my daily runner, which happily fixes in the back of the Maser using the seat belt. It helps if you pack up the rear seat depression so the seat is flat. You can buy or have made up a suitable cushion instead of towels if you wish!
Cheers

I bought my GS as I needed a 4 seater family car(!) in anticipation of the arrival of my daughter. She's now 29 months and loves travelling in it. Did loads of research and can happily report that it IS possible to do the daily nursery run in a GS. No, it's not a Chelsea tractor, and it is a struggle: slow electric seats in the pouring rain can be miserable. However, you'll be the coolest dad in the car park.

Bugaboo chameleon fits nicely in the boot, and maxi cosi tobi seat gives junior a nice rear window perspective. I have to say that with all the gear that kids need these days, a small boot is the real concern rather than isofix.

PM me if I can help further ...

I have to say from the outset that I'm not au fait with the current paraphernalia, but Froddy having read your first paragraph; on starting the second I thought for one horrific moment that you'd called your daughter Bugaboo Chameleon and that you were taking her to school in the boot! :D :D
