Surely it would make quite a difference as Skyhook is adjusting at X times a second? I'd have thought that disabling Skyhook would make the ride pretty awful, especially over mixed surfaces.
Presumably it's easy enough to force the exhaust valves to stay open, though the shift would be normal.. As a manual owner, I have no clue how different sport vs. normal shifts are of course as all of mine are only as good as my left hand shifts
Also, as a manual owner, I find the difference between sport and not sport with Skyhook is night and day. Normal feels much less composed, especially in the twisties. if I could default mine to Sport, I would never use it without
