No, of course I figured that out... I've, of course, heard of ringing someone, but not belling someone.

Incidentally, in North America, you call someone AT 604-222-4567, but in the UK you call someone ON 604-222-4567.

I have to say that's not my experience from working in the US but....

Well, let me then say... I can say it's for sure in Canada. I also can say, other than a notable few ways you say things (pronunciations) there are relatively few differences in the vernacular between Americans and Canadians. Then again, US TV, movies, etc. predominate here. But also UK produced media too. We get it all .

Hi all.

Update.
Unfortunately this mechanic having used him for a simple gasket replacement hasn't been the postive experience I was expecting after the initial contact last January.
Just one problem after another.
List is quite extensive.
So based on my more recent experience I would not recommend him in anyway.
Didn't want to have to change my thread but I wouldn't want anyone else to have the negative experience I had.
