True enough. They need to make mirrors more aerodynamic as some just look like slabs of plastic bolted on as an after thought.
Cameras will soon be cheaper if they're not already.

I've just changed job and my new place is running the same scheme with Tusker. I'm not eligible to join until my probation is finished but there's plenty of people taking advantage of this. As far as I can tell there isn't a downside.Picking this thread up again, my new employer has a Ultra Low Emission Salary Sacrifice scheme which looks appealing.
For the past 5 and a half years (thanks @dem maser ) I've leased my daily car which to be fair, I don't care what it is. It's prime function is to get me to work and back (35miles round trip) as cheap as possible. Hence the Suzuki I'm running now, prior to that was a Leon.
So now I'm looking a Vauxhall Corsa E, it has 5 doors, has 200+ miles charge, so could get me to Manchester on a single charge and should be big enough to do a decent sized tip run/B&Q shop. The deal includes maintenance (check the valve tappets and change the oil!) tyres, breakdown and insurance with Tusker for 'only £350' for 36 months for 10k miles no deposit. (save £200 Income tax and £11 NIs)
Does anybody have any dealing with them or things I should look out for with salary sacrifice schemes? Currently my pension is salary sacrifice and apart from the Audi E-Tron GT everything is 'affordable'.
Just looking at the Fisker. 320mile and start price is less than a mokka. If they ever turn up on the market. Not available yet I guessPicking this thread up again, my new employer has a Ultra Low Emission Salary Sacrifice scheme which looks appealing.

Did some work on those back in the Summer basically a Rav 4 which is good but boy what a step above it is.Get one of those new model Lexus NX450+ hybrids if you don’t want any warranty problems. Smaller than an XC90 I know, but I wouldn’t look at anything else as a family car of this type/price range.
Here's an idea mate.Lads, I think we have a bit of scope creep. I don't do SUVs as they're pointless and driven by the inept. The brief is to get me to work as cheap as possible on four wheels . A small hatchback is sufficient.
Not wishing to tempt fate but ours has been fine for 51k mikesI’m tempted by a Hyundai ioniq 5 via salary sacrifice to replace the wife’s hybrid xc90 that we bought rather than leased.
we often do 500mile journeys to family in the highlands, but wife has a 10mile daily commute so hybrid really works well for us, and the XC90 is a lovely place to be for a tall family on a 9 hour journey. - shame there have been so many warranty problems.
MG4 then. Supposed to be good for 300milesLads, I think we have a bit of scope creep. I don't do SUVs as they're pointless and driven by the inept. The brief is to get me to work as cheap as possible on four wheels . A small hatchback is sufficient.
Made from purest Chinesium.MG4 then. Supposed to be good for 300miles
Yikes! You have gone right down in my estimation.
The opposite for me. I'd have had Crisis down for something even worse.Yikes! You have gone right down in my estimation.
