I hope so, the commercial agent it coming in tomorrow to get it up for rent.
stick an ad up yourself save on fees....
That's a bit harsh Dem!
commercials are all about legals Drew....no real qualifying needing or chasing mortgages etc...doesn't need to pay 2%
agents can be *******
Shocked to see a photo of my Spyder in this thread although i'm not sure about "the made a bit" I should have negotiated harder
I never buy cars on credit, something I did pickup from the old man. On the other hand I won't be retiring soon, a past divorce saw to that, so well done you
Speaking as an ex commercial agent who deals with them all the time, I couldn't agree more. However, if you are renting space out I would generally expect to pay 10% of the annual rent as a fee.
The thing about commercial is that these guys do this all the time and will know which occupiers are in the market and should be able to deal with all the tyre kickers and time wasters. They should save a lot of messing about on your part if they are any good.
The guy I use, sold me the unit, found renters initial and charges one months rent plus VAT as a fee, I can't argue with that.

The market went up between buying it an selling it. Next time we have a beer, Ill tell you what I paid for it but you will need to be sitting down
I suspect I might not want to hear unless you are offering a retrospective discount

I did put 100 hours labour into it getting it back to the condition you took it in.
Probably the best £4k you ever spent??
